Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of www.just-bcoz.com and to every purchase of WonderBox kits from Just-Bcoz, a company registered in the State of Qatar. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Just-Bcoz designs and assembles WonderBox activity kits in Doha, State of Qatar. WonderBox is a brand of Just-Bcoz.

2. Our products

• WonderBox kits are sold as one-time purchases. There is no subscription.
• Each kit page shows the recommended age, the items included and safety notes.
• Product images are for illustration. The listed items may change as we source the best available supplies, but the quantity in your kit stays the same. If we replace an item, it will be of equal or better quality.
• Just-Bcoz does not manufacture the items in its kits. We buy them from established suppliers and assemble them into kits.

3. Prices

• Prices are in Qatari riyals (QAR). Until a price is published, it is shown as "to be announced".
• We confirm the price, any delivery fee and the total before you pay. The price confirmed at the time of your order applies.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and reservations

• You can reserve or order by WhatsApp, through our website or by email.
• A reservation is free and does not commit you to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and you complete payment, or agree to pay on delivery where offered.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If you have paid, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

We confirm the available payment methods with your order. These may include a secure card payment link from a licensed payment provider, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Safety and supervision

• Our kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years.
• Some kits contain magnets, liquids, powders, batteries or food ingredients. Read the safety notes on the kit page and in the box.
• Children should use the kits under adult supervision and follow the instructions provided.

8. Reviews and messages

When you send us a review, you confirm it is your own honest experience. You allow us to publish it with your first name on our website and social media. We may edit reviews for length or remove reviews that are offensive or unrelated.

9. Intellectual property

The Just-Bcoz and WonderBox names and logos, the website, kit designs, cards, guides and other content belong to Just-Bcoz. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Liability

Just-Bcoz is not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse of a kit, by not following the instructions or safety notes, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the State of Qatar.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the State of Qatar.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website on the date of your order applies to that order.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Just-Bcoz collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.just-bcoz.com, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or buy WonderBox kits. Just-Bcoz is a company registered in the State of Qatar and is responsible for your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need to answer you, deliver your order and keep you informed:

• Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
• Order and delivery details: the kits you order, your delivery address and delivery notes.
• Messages you send through our contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
• Reviews you submit, with your first name, the kit and your rating.
• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and your consent.
• Basic technical data that our website host records automatically, such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not ask for payment card details on our website. Card payments, when offered, are handled by a licensed payment provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To answer your questions and process, deliver and support your orders.
• To send our monthly newsletter, only if you have subscribed.
• To publish your review on our website, only if you have agreed to it.
• To keep our website secure and improve our products and service.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

3. Sharing Your Information

Just-Bcoz does not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

• Delivery partners, to deliver your order.
• Payment providers, to process payments.
• Our website host and form provider, which receive the messages you send through the website.
• Email and messaging services, including WhatsApp, when you choose to contact us there.

We may also share information when the law requires it. Some providers may store data outside Qatar; we choose providers that protect it.

4. Children

Our products are for children, but our website and services are meant for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

5. Cookies and Browser Storage

Our website does not use advertising cookies. It may use your browser's storage for simple preferences, and our host may use essential cookies to keep the site secure. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. We keep messages and newsletter details until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe, unless we need them for an open order or a legal reason.

7. Keeping Information Safe

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and limited access to customer data.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Delete your information, where we do not need to keep it by law.
• Withdraw your consent, for example to the newsletter or to publishing your review.

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. We handle personal information in line with the laws of the State of Qatar, including Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on www.just-bcoz.com, with the date it was last updated.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Just-Bcoz wants every WonderBox to arrive complete and in perfect condition. This policy explains what to do if something is wrong, and how returns and refunds work.

1. Damaged, faulty or missing items

• Check your kit when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp or email, with a photo.
• We will send the replacement item, or a replacement kit, free of charge.
• If we cannot replace it, we will refund the item or the kit in full.

2. Changed your mind

• You can return an unopened kit, in its original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
• Contact us first to arrange the return. Inside Doha we can collect it; elsewhere we will agree the return arrangements with you.
• Once we receive the kit and check it is unopened, we refund the price of the kit. The original delivery fee, if any, is not refunded.

3. Items we cannot take back

• Kits that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or faulty.
• Food ingredients, such as baking mixes and sprinkles, once the kit has been opened.
• Kits personalized or made to order at your request.

We cannot resell opened kits because they contain small parts and consumable materials.

4. How refunds are paid

• Card payments are refunded to the same card.
• Cash and bank transfer payments are refunded by bank transfer.
• We process refunds within 14 days of approving them. Your bank may take a few extra days.

5. Cancelling an order

You can cancel a confirmed order at no cost before it is sent out. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the consumer protection laws of the State of Qatar, including Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection.

Delivery Policy

Just-Bcoz delivers WonderBox kits across the State of Qatar. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across Qatar, including Doha, Lusail, Al Wakrah and Al Rayyan. For other areas, contact us and we will confirm before you order. We do not ship outside Qatar at the moment.

2. Delivery times

• Doha and nearby areas: usually 1 to 2 working days after your order is confirmed.
• Other areas of Qatar: usually 2 to 3 working days.
• Orders for the first drop are delivered from Tuesday 15 December 2026.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during public holidays, busy periods or bad weather. We will tell you if your delivery is delayed.

3. Delivery fees

• Delivery is free in Doha for the first drop.
• For other orders and areas, any delivery fee is shown or confirmed before you pay.

4. Receiving your order

• We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange a delivery time.
• Please give an accurate address and a working phone number, and make sure an adult is available to receive the order.
• If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address is wrong, we will arrange a new delivery. A second delivery may carry a fee.

5. When your order arrives

Please check your kit on delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours, as set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Responsibility for the order passes to you once it has been delivered.
